E-bola.....but not the disease

E-Bola

"Bolas, or boladras, are throwing weapons used to trap / capture prey. Traditional bolas are made of weights attached to the ends of three connected secions of cord. When thrown, the weights will spin around the taul cords until the bola hits a its target. If the bola is thrown correctly the weights will have nough monentum to completely circle the target multiple times, wrapping / trapping it with the cords."

This is a tutorial on how to build and electronic one with lights - notice the "E" for electronic.

Three

So getting real excited for Australia. I decided the other day that I am going to stay in Brisbane from the 20th of Oct (monday) until the 23rd and then give it a shot at hitch hiking highway 1 from Brisbane too Sydney. That will make for a real interesting adventure- iv never hitch hiked a distance like that before its about 600km. Iv dont some research online on hitch hiking Australia and it seems to be a safe place to do it and alot of people have done it before.

Last Night when my freinds Ben, Dan and myself were trying to get to the pac n save grocery store we just missed the bus so tried giving hitch hiking to the grocery store a shot and were succesful within 5 minutes. Got picked up by a real nice guy who was heading to the airport to pick a friend up. Im sure ill be back to record my experience hitch hiking. Wish me luck.

Two

Went up to lake taupo over the weekend for some camping and lost my insulin pump when I went in the water. Have no idea how it happened...had to go to a small hospital that didn't really know what they were doing. It was interesting but worked out. Got a new pump coming hopefully tomorrow.Real expensive lost, im real bummed I wasn't able to find it- it literally disappeared.Other then that wasn't a bad trip- Went fishing didn't catch much...nice boat ride though. Just bought a ticket to australia for oct 20th. Flying into Brisbane probably stay for about a week haven't bought a ticket yet, Should be fun.
